Time Tracking

Every hour tracked, from the shop floor to payroll

Your crew logs hours on paper, texts their supervisor, or just forgets. At month-end, you piece together who worked on what. Statim ERP replaces that with real-time timesheets, a punch clock, and one-click weekly approvals. Every minute is recorded, categorized, and ready for review before anyone has to ask.

Time tracking that fits how your floor actually works

01

Built-in timers on every task

Workers start a timer directly on their production task or work order. One click to start, one click to stop. The system calculates duration, creates the timesheet entry, and updates labor costs automatically.

02

Punch clock for daily attendance

A dedicated punch in/out system tracks when your crew starts and ends their day. Configurable minimum punch-in times and automatic end-of-day clock-out so no one stays "punched in" over the weekend.

03

Weekly approval workflow

Managers review their team's time in a weekly grid, broken down by employee and project. Approve, reject, or send back with notes. Approved weeks lock automatically, so entries can't be changed after sign-off.

Timesheets

Log time against the work that matters. See it all in one view.

When your team works across production tasks, projects, and work orders, time entries scatter fast. Statim ERP gives every worker a personal timesheet view organized by day. Each entry links to a project, a work category, and a project tag. You always know who spent how long on what, without chasing anyone down.

Time entries tied to real work

Every timesheet entry connects to a production task, work order, or project through a polymorphic link. No orphaned hours sitting in a spreadsheet. When you look at a work order's costs, the labor hours are already there.

Work categories for classification

Tag each time entry with a work category: setup, machining, assembly, quality control, or whatever fits your operation. When you run reports, you can group and filter by category to see where your labor hours actually go.

Project tags for granular tracking

Beyond work categories, assign project-level tags to each entry for a second dimension of classification. Filter your timesheet report by project tag to drill into specific phases, departments, or cost centers.

Punch Clock

One tap to start the day. One tap to end it.

Your shop floor workers need a clock-in system that's as simple as the old wall-mounted punch clock, but smarter. Statim ERP's punch in/out widget lives in the navigation bar. Workers clock in with a single tap, and a live timer shows how long they've been on the clock. At the end of the day, they tap out. If they forget, the system handles it automatically at a time you configure.

Automatic Punch-Out

Set an automatic punch-out time in your settings. A scheduled job clocks out anyone still punched in, flags the entry as automatic, and shows it in the daily punches report. No more ghost shifts.

Minimum Punch-In Time

Prevent early clock-ins by setting a minimum punch-in time. The system respects your configured timezone and blocks attempts before the allowed hour. Useful when shifts have fixed start times.

Daily Punches Report

Filter by employee, date range, or automatic punch-out flag. Sort by time or by employee. Export as PDF, Excel, HTML, or JSON. Your attendance data is always ready for payroll or audits.

Start, stop, and track in real time

Each production task and work order has a built-in timer. Click start, and the system begins counting. Click stop, and a timesheet entry is created with the exact duration. The timer shows live elapsed time down to the second, so workers always know where they stand.

One active timer at a time

When a worker starts a new timer, any running timer stops automatically. No accidental double-tracking. The previous entry is saved with its calculated duration, and the new one begins immediately.

Real-time updates via WebSockets

Timer events broadcast instantly through private channels. When a worker starts or stops a timer, their team sees the update in real time. Managers watching the production floor dashboard know exactly who's working on what, right now.

Weekly Reports

See your entire team's week on one screen

At the end of each week, managers need to know who worked on what and for how long. Statim ERP presents a weekly grid: employees down the left, days across the top, hours in each cell. Click into any employee to see their time broken down by project. Click into a project-day cell to see individual entries with descriptions and linked tasks.

Navigate weeks instantly

Jump to this week, last week, or any of the previous six weeks from a dropdown. Arrow buttons let you move forward and back. The grid refreshes immediately with the selected week's data.

Per-project time breakdown

Expand any employee row to see their hours grouped by project. Each project row shows daily totals and links back to the project page. Add time entries directly from the weekly view for any user, any project, any day.

Approval with email notifications

Approve or reject an employee's week with a note. The system sends an email notification to the employee with the status and your comments. Approved weeks lock the timesheet entries, preventing edits or deletions until a manager discards the approval.

Cost Tracking

Labor hours flow straight into production costs

Time entries on production tasks are not just records. They drive your cost calculations. Every time a worker logs hours against a production task resource line, the system recalculates the resource line's actual costs, rolls them up to the production task, and updates the work order totals. You see estimated vs. actual labor costs without running a separate report or doing any manual math.

Timesheet Report

Filter by employee, work category, project, project tag, and date range. Group results by any of those four dimensions, with optional sub-grouping for two-level analysis. Export as PDF, Excel, HTML, or JSON.

Time-by-User Breakdown

For any production task or work order, see total hours per employee with formatted time. Drill into individual entries with timestamps, durations, and descriptions. Know exactly who contributed what.

Timer Statistics

View aggregated time across all models for the past year. Filter by user to see individual totals or view team-wide statistics. Active timers show live elapsed time alongside completed entries.
