Most systems give you a name and an email. Statim ERP gives you the full picture: billing and shipping addresses, payment terms, currency, tax configuration, allowed ordering days, and a contract signature date. Each client also gets a portal where they can place orders, view invoices, and check their balance. This is a customer record built for how manufacturers actually work.

Every client has dedicated billing and shipping addresses, a configurable payment term, a currency setting, and a tax profile. No hunting through files or asking accounting. It's all on the client record.

Contacts linked to the right people

Add contact persons directly to each client with 8 role classifications: accounting, accounts payable, reception, management, sales, buyer, shareholder, or a custom role. Mark the main contact. Track who accepts communications. Assign contacts to specific locations.

Client portal with self-service ordering

Give your customers a login. They can browse your catalog, place orders, view their invoices, pay online, and check their account balance. You control what they see and what they can do.

Contacts

One contact system for clients and suppliers.

Contacts in Statim ERP are polymorphic. The same contact model works for both clients and suppliers. Each person gets a first name, last name, email, phone number, role, address, and optional location assignment. You can flag the main contact, note whether they accept communications, and add free-text notes. When your purchasing team needs the AP contact at a supplier, it's in the same place your sales team finds the buyer at a client.

Accounting, accounts payable, reception, management, sales, buyer, shareholder, or other. Every contact has a classification, so you know who to call for what.

Multi-Location Contacts

Assign contacts to specific client locations. When a client has 3 warehouses, you know which contact person handles which site.

Communication Preferences

Track which contacts accept communications and which don't. Respect preferences without relying on someone remembering. A flag on the record, not a mental note.

Every deal moves through 5 clear stages. Transitions are flexible: you can move backward, reopen a lost deal, or skip straight to won. Each stage is timestamped automatically, so you know exactly when a deal was qualified, when the proposition was sent, and when it closed.

Deals linked to estimates and clients

Attach estimates directly to a deal. Assign sellers. Connect to a client record or track standalone opportunities with just an email and phone number. When a deal is won, the estimate is already there, ready to convert.

Lost reason tracking

When a deal is lost, record why. Select from configurable lost reasons and add a free-text note. Over time, you build a dataset that tells you where deals fall apart, not just that they did.

Activities

Log every call, meeting, and email against the right record

Your team talks to clients every day. Calls, site visits, emails, follow-ups. If those conversations aren't recorded, they're lost. Statim ERP lets you log activities against any client or deal, with configurable activity types, sub-options, assigned users, and open/completed status tracking. Activities also sync with email: Gmail and Outlook threads are automatically matched to client records based on email addresses.

Create your own activity types: Call, Meeting, Site Visit, Email, whatever fits your process. Each type can have sub-options for more detail. The categories match your workflow, not a vendor's template.

Automatic email sync

Connect Gmail or Outlook. Statim ERP scans incoming threads, matches sender and recipient addresses to client records, and creates activity entries automatically. No manual data entry. Your CRM stays current even when your team forgets to log the call.

Reminders and tasks

Attach follow-up tasks to any activity with a deadline. Open activities surface reminders for upcoming deadlines. Nothing falls through because someone forgot to check the calendar.

Stakeholders

Track the people behind your business relationships

Not every important person is a client or a supplier. Stakeholders in Statim ERP represent individuals who influence your deals, orders, and estimates. Each stakeholder has a type classification, a tagging system for flexible categorization, and an address. Link them to deals, orders, and estimates with per-record tags. The system tracks counts and total values across all linked records, so you can see at a glance how much business flows through each relationship.
