Capability assignments with speed coefficients
Assign labor and combined capabilities to each employee. Each assignment includes a speed coefficient between 0.01 and 2.0, so you can record that your senior operator runs a routing 30% faster than your newest hire. A coefficient of 1.0 means standard speed. Higher means faster. The data is there when you need it.
Three capability types, two that apply to people
The system defines three capability types: machine, labor, and combined. Employees can only be assigned labor or combined capabilities, which makes sense. You don't assign a person a "machine-only" skill. Machines get machine capabilities. People get labor and combined ones.
