Not everyone thinks in lists. Some teams want a Kanban board grouped by status or by assignee. Others need a Gantt chart to see how tasks overlap in time. Statim ERP gives you all three views for the same set of tasks. Switch between them with a click. Filter by status, category, assignee, or use "Me Mode" to see only your work. Every view supports search and Excel export.

Task Dependencies
Define which tasks must finish before others can start. Previous and next task relationships control the "ready to start" indicator. When all predecessors are complete, the next task unlocks automatically and assigned users get notified.
Subtasks
Break large tasks into subtasks with their own status, assignees, and deadlines. Parent tasks show subtask progress inline. When a subtask is completed, the parent task's assignees receive a notification.
Built-in Time Tracking
Start a timer directly from any task or project. Time entries flow into the timesheet system automatically. No switching between apps to log hours. Project-level timers and task-level timers are tracked separately.
Six statuses for real workflows
Tasks move through Open, Todo, In Progress, Partial, Done, and Canceled. On the Kanban board, drag a card to a new column to update its status instantly. Filter any view to show only the statuses you care about.
Reminders and deadlines that actually work
Set a start date, a deadline, and a separate reminder date for each task. The system sends email notifications on the reminder date and on the day a task is due. Your team gets alerted before things are late, not after.
File attachments, comments, and a full audit trail
Attach files directly to tasks. Leave comments for your team. Every status change, assignment, deadline update, and category change is recorded in the activity log with timestamps and the name of who made the change.
